Advanced Protection Technologies,
Inc. (APT) continues to be the industry leader in providing services
to Consulting Engineers. Of the many services offered, specification
writing is one of the most requested. Our Engineering department has
developed a standard guide specification used by many Consulting
Firms as their master TVSS specification. Additionally, custom
specifications can be provided on request. Our specifications are
kept current because we stay abreast of the latest industry
technology and maintain an active role in the development of
industry standards through participation on the IEEE, UL, and NEMA
surge suppression committees. On this section of the APT World Wide
Web Site you can request our standard guide specification, a custom
specification tailored to your specific needs, or submit your
specification to APT for review. All requests will be reviewed and
